How to get your profile listed free of charge?

We cordially invite creative people from around Namibia and all walks of life to contact us with applications for inclusion of their profiles in these Art Web Pages.

You do not have to be a well-known artist already to make use of our offer for a free profile listing - we are just as interested in discovering and promoting new talents as we are in compiling a comprehensive overview of Namibian Arts & Crafts represented by familiar names!

Should you know about people with special artistic talents who do not have access to Email & Internet facilities, please assist them in getting in touch with us or provide us with information on their behalf.

Also invited are artists living outside the country who concentrate on Namibian subjects in their works.

Here is how it works:

- You send us an Email containing:
A short description of who you are & what you do; add background information on your work
1 photo of yourself & 1 photo of your work
(if your are an actor or musician, please provide 1 photo of yourself "in action", on stage or similar)
Where your work is publicly displayed and/or available for purchase (please include contact details)

Your full contact details (if your are writing to us on behalf of an artist or craftsman, please add your own full contacts as well)

- We will publish your profile, added information and photos FREE OF CHARGE on 1 web page
   and include your name in the list of "Featured Profiles" - see the Home Page of this Art Web.

- Should you be interested in publishing your portfolio in full or parts on dedicated web pages,
   contact us for info & quotations - special rates in support of Namibian Arts & Crafts apply!

   YOUR works may look very different! Your input and preferences are most welcome!

- With the application for getting your profile & images of your works published in the Namibia
   Art Web, you agree that Web - doS and/or WebITNamibia.com promote (not sell!) your and
   any other web page on this website as well as individual page content any way we see fit.

- We reserve the right to have submissions evaluated by an art expert in order to determine their authenticity
   and contribution value to Namibian Arts & Crafts. No fees apply; no follow-ups will be done.
   The publication will be subject to the outcome of such evaluation; the final decision rests solely with Web - doS.

What DOES NOT work:

- We DO NOT consider incomplete applications/submissions for publication.

- We DO NOT publish selling prices of art & craft works and DO NOT get involved in contacts between potential
   buyers and artists, their representatives or sellers.

- We DO NOT sell any of the content of the Namibia Art Web contributed by artists, unless with their permission.
   If interested in purchasing web page content, please contact the artist/s concerned directly.

- We DO NOT take responsibility for publications, images and copy, utilised elsewhere without permissions by the
   artists or their representatives. If you, the artist or craftsman, make use of our free listing offer, you remain fully
   responsible for the content submitted for publication on the web pages of the Namibia Art Web.

- We DO NOT enter into any agreement or contract about FREE PUBLICATIONS on Arts & Crafts beyond the offers,
   commitments and exclusions stipulated on this page.
